Chocolate Eclair Cake
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- 3 cups milk
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 lg. pkg instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 12 oz. cool whip
- 4 eggs
- Hershey chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Bring butter, salt and water to a boil in medium saucepan.
- Add flour and stir about 1 minute
- Take off of heat.
- Stir in eggs, one at a time.
- Spread onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Poke with a fork at 10 minutes.
- Mix pudding with milk
- Whip softened cream cheese and then add to pudding
- Spread over cooled cake.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and refrigerate
