Savory Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp poultry seasoning
- ⅓ cup cornmeal
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1½ cup water
- olive oil
Instructions
- Mix ground beef with eggs, onion, mustard, pepper, poultry seasoning, cornmeal, and milk. Form into balls and brown in olive oil. Place in a casserole dish. Mix soup and water together. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered @ 350 for 45-50 minutes.
