Rotini (tri-color) Pasta Salad

- 1 10 oz pkg rotini pasta
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese may use some cheddar too
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni, halved (2 oz)
- ½ cup red or green bell pepper strips cut pretty small
- ⅓ cup thinly sliced red onion
- ½ cup bottled Italian dressing
- 1 small can sliced olives
Boil pasta for 8 min., rinse with cold water
combine all ingredients and toss to coat with dressing.
Serve immediately or cover and chill 2 hrs or overnight
May need to add a little more dressing.
