Quick and Easy Shepherd Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 Tbsp garlic chopped
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • mashed potatoes about 8 servings can use instant
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with onion and garlic until thoroughly cooked. 
  • In a casserole dish or 9×13 pan spread mashed potatoes to fill the bottom and sides. 
  • Fill the mashed potato crust with creamed corn and top with ground beef mixture. 
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the cheese is warm and bubbly.
