Gpa Lybbert’s Easy Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients first
  • Then heat heavy whipping cream in microwave for about 45 seconds to 1 min. (cfream needs to reach about 90 degrees F temp)
  • Add cream to dry ingredients and mix well
  • Heat oven to 450 degrees
  • Take scoops of batter and plop onto greased sheet or cookie sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Cool for 10-12 min. Can butter tops once cooked.
