KFC Copycat Coleslaw

Ingredients

Coleslaw

  • 8 cups finely chopped green cabbage
  • ¼ cup finely chopped carrot
  • Tbsp minced white onion

Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • cup sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • Tbsp lemon juice
  • Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Chop the vegetables very fine. Or purchase a coleslaw mix and chop it very fine
  • In large bowl combine all ingredients for dressing, whisk until smooth.
  • Add cabbage mix to dressing and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
