Bean/Sausage Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can Bush's baked beans original, undrained
- 1 can pinto beans mostly drained
- 1 can kidney beans mostly drained
- 1 can great northern beans mostly drained
- 1 can black beans mostly drained
- 1 can garbanzo beans mostly drained
- 1 lb bacon or sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp Basil
- 1 pkg Little smokies (or sliced polish sausage)
- ½ cup medium salsa
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1-2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 medium yellow onion chopped up in small pieces
Instructions
- Cook 1 lb or sausage or bacon, drain the fat
- add chopped onion and saute until onions are soft
- Mix all the other ingredients together in a large pot and cook for 20-30 minutes
