Easy Turkey and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
  • 4-6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • egg noodles

Instructions

  • Heat broth to boiling
  • Add desired amount of noodles and cook until tender
  • Add soup and chicken and heat through.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper

Notes

This is another meal I make when we have leftover turkey.
You can also boil the bones of the turkey after all the turkey is cut off. Just cover with water and boil for 2-3 hours. Cool and remove all bones. You now have the turkey and broth; just add soup mix and noodles. Variation: after noodles are cooked, thicken with cornstarch and make a gravy and serve over mashed potatoes.
