Easy Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion
  • ¼ cup frozen peas

Instructions

  • Empty can of chicken broth into a small sauce pan.  Bring to a boil. 
  • Crack egg into a bowl and stir with fork.  Gradually add to hot broth, stirring constantly. 
  • Cut up green onion and add to broth. 
  • Add frozen peas last.  Let sit for about 1 min. 
  • Serve.  This is a great soup when you are not feeling well.
