Crepes

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ Tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Mix flour, sugar, salt and eggs. Add oil. Stir in milk.
  • Pour approximately ¼ c batter into a hot, oiled fry pan.  Rotate pan to spread into thin crepe. Cook just until done, about 20 sec.  No need to turn the crepe over.  Put finished crepes on a plate.
