Cinnamon Cream Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • cup water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup evaporated milk

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon.  Bring to boiling point over medium heat, stirring constantly. 
  • Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. 
  • Remove from heat and cool for 10 min. 
  • Stir in evaporated milk until well-blended.
