Blender Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat berries
  • cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Blend wheat berries and milk in Vitamix for 1 min. (3 minutes regular blender), gradually going to high.
  • Add egg, honey or agave, butter and salt. Blend for 20 seconds.
  • Add baking powder and blend for another 10 seconds.
  • Fry on hot griddle.
