Emily’s Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients

  • cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, stir flour, baking powder, soda, salt & sugar.  Set aside. 
  • In a medium bowl beat egg, stir in sourdough starter, milk & oil. 
  • Mix the two mixtures together until just moistened. 
  • Cook up on a medium hot griddle.
