Balsamic Cream Sauce

- ¼-⅓ onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
Carmelize onion in olive oil.
Remove from heat, drain oil,
add chicken bouillon and balsamic vinegar. Use as a rue.
Gradually add heavy whipping cream, keeping the sauce at a simmer, stirring constantly.
Gradually add grated parmesan
Goes well with ravioli (e.g. butternut squash), broccoli, and other lightly/unseasoned veggies.
