Sour Cream Taco Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lemon
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- peel, pit and cut avocado, place in blender
- add sour cream
- squeeze juice from lemon and add to blender
- add garlic powder and salt
- blend until mixture is smooth and creamy
- serve
