Orange Sauce
An elegant dessert sauce. Serve over crepes, pancakes or waffles
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1½ cup powdered sugar
- 5 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp grated orange peel
Instructions
- In small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Stir in powdered sugar, orange juice & peel.
- Stir occasionally over low heat for 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Pour into a pitcher. Makes about 1 cup
- Serve hot.
