Jalapeno Cheddar Bread
Ingredients
- 4 cups warm water
- ⅓ cup oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- ¼ cup yeast
- 3 cups shredded cheeses
- ¾ cup minced jalapenos
- 2 Tbsp minced dried onions
- About 15 cups flour
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except flour.
- Add flour one cup at a time to right consistency
- Divide into four loaf pans (These are also yummy made into rolls)
- Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Notes
I like to sprinkle some cheddar cheese on the top of these loaves prior to baking
